2. How do you measure the effectiveness of leadership training?
We use pre-and post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and real-world application projects to track progress and ensure measurable outcomes.
3. How long are the training sessions?
Training sessions range from 2-hour , 1-2 day workshops to 7 month.blended development programs depending on your organization’s needs and objectives.
4. Are the programs conducted virtually or in-person?
We offer both options. Virtual sessions are designed to be as engaging as in-person training, using interactive tools and activities.
5. How can we assess which pillar our organization needs most?
We offer a needs assessment consultation to identify gaps in skills, leadership, or team dynamics and recommend the most suitable training pillar.
