Arvind Kumar
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Arvind has spent over 22 years in the training and consultancy field. His career path commenced in the year 2000 in a local training and consultancy firm as a business development consultant. His illustrious career in training and consultancy encompasses lending his experience and expertise to growing the business, solutions consulting, heading the leadership practice area along with co-facilitating and supporting leadership and team engagement workshops.
He is a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), UK and is passionate about applying his knowledge and competence in the leadership practice area. Arvind also holds BSc (Hons) from University of Bradford, UK.
He is currently the Co-Managing Partner and Chief Strategist for Aspireup Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. In his capacity as a senior client partner, consultant and facilitator over the years he has been working with clients like MMHE, Seek Asia, Duopharma, Roche TNB, Petron, Hess Oil and Gas, Maxis, Bank Muamalat, Sunway Group and Sunway Medical, Besi, Heineken, Nestle, and many other prestigious organizations.
Dinesh is a leadership and strategic management facilitator with real world expertise in personal development, leadership, account management and sales training within an international environment. His core topics are Leadership Development, Critical Thinking, Sales Team Development, Account Management and Team Building.
An Operations Director with over 20 years direct experience managing teams and developing leadership, overseeing business entities for clients across Asia. He believes in building loyalty, trust and open engagement through his approach that strengthens a deeper understanding and with real world examples to optimise learning.
