3. Moral Leader: This component involves leading by example and demonstrating ethical behavior in all aspects of leadership. It includes actions such as communicating ethical values, prioritizing ethical considerations in decision-making, and modeling ethical behavior for others to follow.

4. Moral Environment: This component focuses on creating an organizational culture that supports and reinforces ethical behavior. It involves promoting openness, transparency, and ethical communication, as well as implementing systems and processes that encourage ethical conduct and discourage unethical behavior.

This framework provides a comprehensive approach to integrity-based leadership, addressing both individual characteristics and organizational factors that contribute to ethical leadership and behavior.
